3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

For users under 13 years old, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.

• Always consult with qualified professionals for injury prevention and technique
• Training recommendations should be adapted to individual fitness levels and abilities
• We do not provide medical advice; consult healthcare providers for health concerns

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TennisTrackAI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the Service

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which you purchased the subscription.
