Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download TennisTrackAI from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app and tap "Get Started" to create your account using your email address or sign in with Google or Apple.
Is TennisTrackAI free to use?
TennisTrackAI offers a free tier with essential features for tracking your tennis journey. Premium features, including advanced AI coaching and detailed analytics, are available through our subscription plans. New users receive a free trial to explore all features.
What age groups is TennisTrackAI designed for?
TennisTrackAI is designed for tennis players of all ages, with special attention to junior athletes ages 5-18. Our AI coaching adapts its communication style and recommendations based on the player's age group to ensure age-appropriate guidance.
Using the App
How do I log a training session?
After practice, open the app and tap the "+" button or "Log Session" on the home screen. Enter details about your session including duration, what you worked on, and how you felt. The more details you provide, the better insights our AI can generate.
How does the AI coaching work?
Our AI analyzes your logged training sessions, goals, and progress patterns to provide personalized recommendations. It considers factors like your skill level, areas of focus, training frequency, and stated objectives to suggest relevant drills, highlight improvement areas, and celebrate your progress.
Can I edit or delete a logged session?
Yes. Go to your session history, select the session you want to modify, and tap "Edit" or "Delete" in the session details screen.
How do I set my tennis goals?
Navigate to Settings > Goals in the app. You can set short-term weekly goals and long-term objectives. Our AI will track your progress and adjust recommendations to help you achieve them.
Account & Subscription
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to view, modify, or cancel your subscription. You can also access subscription settings through the app at Settings > Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or by emailing privacy@tennistrackai.com. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our systems.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with your account credentials on any supported device to access your data. Your training history and progress sync automatically across devices.
Technical Issues
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try these steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you have the latest app version installed
- Restart your device
- Clear the app cache (Settings > App > Clear Cache)
I'm not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for TennisTrackAI in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > TennisTrackAI). Also verify your in-app notification preferences at Settings > Notifications.
My data isn't syncing.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try pulling down to refresh on the home screen. If issues persist, sign out and sign back in, or contact support.
